Retirement Nationwide Announces Kody Wilde as Oregon Regional Director
Retirement Nationwide is pleased to announce the addition of Kody Wilde as Oregon Regional Director and Pension Shield & Corporate Liquidity Specialist.
With more than twenty years of experience in banking, corporate finance, wealth management, and business development, Wilde brings extensive expertise to Retirement Nationwide’s growing team of retirement planning professionals serving public servants, first responders, business owners, and retirees throughout the Pacific Northwest.
In his role, Wilde will focus on helping clients implement Pension Shield strategies, optimize corporate cash holdings, and develop advanced asset accumulation and retirement income distribution plans designed to strengthen long-term financial security.

Wilde’s career includes leadership positions with some of the nation’s most recognized financial institutions. He began his banking career as a Branch Manager with US Bank before advancing into private client services with Zions Bank. He later served as a Senior Private Banker and Team Lead with Morgan Stanley, a Finance Specialist with Directors Mortgage, and a Regional Development Officer and Business Specialist with Northwestern Mutual.
Throughout these roles, Wilde developed specialized expertise in treasury management, business planning, credit analysis, corporate finance, and wealth management strategies. His broad financial background enables him to help clients navigate complex financial decisions while aligning solutions with their personal and business objectives.

Outside of his professional work, Wilde enjoys spending time with his six children and exploring the outdoors. Whether gardening, hiking, or simply enjoying nature, he values the opportunity to connect with the world around him. He also speaks Mandarin Chinese, a skill developed during international volunteer missionary service early in life, and hopes to one day visit China as part of his growing travel bucket list.
